The developers are also giving a thought about emerging as a brand while serving the class who is looking for affordable housing. With the present government’s vision of ‘Housing for all by 2022’, mass housing has truly arrived in several parts of the country.

 

At the end of the day, massive housing is the best opportunity for developers. However, affordable housing needs to be made easy to them by cooperation of government. Amendments in policies like fast clearance in various types of housing will be helpful for developers, but the journey is long enough to bring out the best from the government and developers. The major need for group housing is in the central locations of the city, where government agencies have monopoly over the land holdings. Government should unlock such type of land holdings for the common masses.
